Description

This self-paced course for tutors covers the Safeguarding CPD for tutors to familiarise themselves as a tutor with policies and procedures for keeping yourself and keeping children, safe in education.

PART 1

• Keeping Yourself Safe
• Prevention through Professionalism

PART 2

• 3 R’s – Recognise, Respond, Report
• The Do’s and Don’t of Disclosure
• County Lines, FGM and Prevent Duty
• (through additional recorded materials)

PART 3

• Optional Upgrade to Safeguarding Level 2 Certification – Assessment. If you wish to receive your Safeguarding Level 2 Certification, you will be invited to a live 2 hour training, and will be required to complete an assessment to prove your understanding of Safeguarding. This will then release your Level 2 Certificate.
